Softec 2016 (NUCES-FAST, Lahore) - Judge
NUCES-FAST, Lahore invited Director Projects Syed Farooq Ali. Softec 2016 is the largest extravaganza of Pakistan, held at NUCES-FAST, Lahore annually. The event contributes towards the advancement of technology and research in Pakistan’s IT industry. The event provides a platform recognizing talent, a forum for exchange of ideas and an opportunity for students with a passion in IT to interact with professionals from all over the globe.
ACM-ICPC 2016 - Chief Judge
ACM-ICPC Programming Competition was held in UCP, Lahore in May 2016. Mr. Farooq Ali was invited as a Chief Judge for this event. It has been the third time that Mr. Farooq Ali served as a Judge in this event. When ACM ICPC event started for the first time in November 2014, Mr. Farooq was invited as a Judge in that event and hence he laid down the foundation of this programming competition.

ACM-ICPC Programming Competition (at International level) was held in NUCES-FAST, Lahore in November 2015. Mr. Farooq Ali has been invited as a Judge in this competition for the second time and has been given Souvenir (Shield).
